Dr. Al-Salaymeh inaugurates the “Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy” course

Funded by the International Labor Organization and organized by the University College of Technology – Abu Alanda Dr. Al-Salaymeh inaugurates a course on “Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy” In cooperation with the strategic partner, Algebra Company. Dr. Al-Salaymeh delivered a speech in which he welcomed the participants of the course, then reviewed its objectives, and expressed his thanks and appreciation to the International Labor Organization for its support and funding such free courses and workshops. The Dean of the College added that holding this session on the campus of the College is based on the belief of the National University College of Technology – Abu Alanda administration in its pioneering role towards the values of social responsibility, and translating its service philosophy into a tangible reality in order to build partnerships and networking to serve its educational and societal goals at the local, regional and international levels. Such courses come to serve the Jordanian labor market. Dr. Al-Salaymeh praised Jordan’s role in the field of energy at the Arab and regional level where this project can be implemented in some Arab countries, in addition to holding workshops and training courses in many countries with the support and funding of the International Labor Organization and the European Union. Dr. Al-Salaymeh said that the college received this project as one out of three international projects that is funded by the International Labor Organization this year. Stressing work with the leading Algebra company in this field for the success of the project. At the end of his speech, Dr. Al-Salaymeh thanked and appreciated everyone who contributed to the preparation of this course from the International Projects Office in the college, represented by the director of the office, Dr. Walaa Al-Smadi, and the faculty members in the college.
