Name: AgroTec Development

Leader: SUA

Description:

AgroTec centres will be set up at JO&PS universities on the basis of the feasible resources made available in the conceptual design phase discussed in WP2 (T2.2). The required equipment will be made available to the AgroTec centres if there is a concrete plan developed in WP2 (T2.2), approved by SC of the project and supported by the JO&PS Universities Management board. Training of Trainers (ToT), design and development of course materials (teaching, exercises, exams), eLearning platform development, testing and integration in educational systems of JO&PS universities will also be covered in this WP.

Name: Quality Assurance and Monitoring

Description:

Achievement of project efficiency implies regular and timely control. The process of implementation of each activity will be monitored by the contractor. Supervision will be provided through electronic reporting and monitoring of the sites. Regular and timely supervision will allow for fixing mistakes on time.

Name: IMPACT & DISSEMINATION

Leader: PPU & NUCT

Description:

Dissemination of the results of the project will be carried out throughout the whole project's lifetime. With the help of local authorities and non-academic partners, meetings on the work of AgroTec centres and networks will be organised and conducted. Scheduled performances at the regional and national radio and TV channels will shape the image of Consulting Centers for potential trainees. AgroTec centres will participate actively in employment fairs organised by the project partners. Upon completion of training, special meetings for trainees will be organised in the AgroTec centre with the participation of authorities, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs. Based on reports, questions, provided manuals, answers - references for trainees will be developed. They will be distributed in a hard copy, as well as posted on the project website. Information about the project and its results, the achievements of the centres’ trainees will be placed not only on the project website but also on the websites of all project participants. This will also attract an increased number of new partners and trainees. Each activity involves the distribution of brochures and information sheets. This activity will involve the students, volunteers, living in different regions. This will allow reaching bigger geographical coverage of the project.
