Description :

Management and Operational Structures will be formed during the kick-off meeting, and the responsibilities will be determined. Different leading committees will be formed including Steering Committee, Technical Committee, Quality Committee, Dissemination Committee, and Sustainability Committee. Partnership agreements will be elaborated during the first stages of the project.

Project Progress Reports will be produced every six months of the project, this will be prepared by WP leaders based on the received progress reports from each partner university. It will give a detailed overview of the activities and outcomes of the project to date and a clear account of the budget. Its production is led by (Unisalento) and is based on partners’ reports.  Intermediate reports and final reports will be delivered by the coordinator in cooperation with partners.

At the end of the project, according with Erasmus Plus guidelines, an External Auditor will be appointed for the analysis and certification of financial documents.

Description :

Les structures de gestion et opérationnelles seront formées lors de la réunion de lancement et les responsabilités seront déterminées. Différents comités directeurs seront formés, notamment le comité directeur, le comité technique, le comité qualité, le comité de diffusion et le comité de durabilité. Des accords de partenariat seront élaborés au cours des premières étapes du projet.

Des rapports d’avancement du projet seront produits tous les six mois du projet et seront préparés par les dirigeants du WP sur la base des rapports d’avancement reçus de chaque université partenaire. Il donnera un aperçu détaillé des activités et des résultats du projet à ce jour et un compte rendu clair du budget. Sa production est dirigée par (Unisalento) et s’appuie sur les rapports des partenaires. Les rapports intermédiaires et les rapports finaux seront remis par le coordinateur en coopération avec les partenaires.

A la fin du projet, conformément aux lignes directrices d’Erasmus Plus, un auditeur externe sera nommé pour l’analyse et la certification des documents financiers.
