About the Program

This program prepares skilled technicians to design and fabricate dental prostheses across public and private dental laboratories. It plays a vital role in restoring function and aesthetics, while meeting the growing demand for cosmetic dentistry. The curriculum blends theory with hands-on lab training to develop precision, safety, and quality practices.

  • Dental anatomy, occlusion, and jaw relations.

  • Prosthetic materials & techniques: acrylics, metals, ceramics (porcelain).

  • Fabrication of complete/partial dentures, basic crowns & bridges.

  • Fundamentals of CAD/CAM, digital impressions, and 3D printing.

  • Infection control, lab safety, and quality assurance.


  • Career Paths

    • Dental Laboratory Technician (public/private labs).
    • Sales Representative for dental equipment and materials.
    • (Optional) CAD/CAM Technician or 3D printing specialist in advanced labs.

    Admission Requirements

    • Jordanian General Secondary Education Certificate (Tawjihi) or equivalent.
    • Minimum high-school average of 50% or higher for Jordanian students.
    • Compliance with streams and admission policies set by the Jordanian Ministry of Higher Education.
