This program focuses on applying modern supply chain principles across planning, sourcing, production, transportation, distribution, and after-sales service to ensure product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Operations management and end-to-end supply chain workflow.
Transportation strategies and distribution network design.
Demand planning & inventory management with quantitative methods and information systems.
Procurement, supplier management, contracts, and performance KPIs.
Quality control and continuous improvement (intro to Lean & Six Sigma).
Digital systems: ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and shipment tracking.

Admission Requirements
- General Secondary Education Certificate (Tawjihi) or equivalent.
- Minimum high-school average of 50% or higher for Jordanian students.
- Compliance with streams and admission rules set by the Jordanian Ministry of Higher Education.
